If you purchased between 2021 and 2023, or if the model number on the frame label begins with "SPA~" (e.g., SPA000047, SPA000113, SPA000211), or if the model number on the frame label reads "M026TGB, MT20, Gopina V1, etc.", please select the SPA series frame series. If you purchased after 2024, or if the model number on the frame label begins with "AMAK~" (e.g., AMAK00016, AMAK00020, AMAK00028), or if the model number on the frame label reads "C26 UL, F26FUL, ACE01, APSVI11, GWLVI11, etc.", please select the AMAK series frame series. E-bike parts for these two frame series are incompatible, so please avoid purchasing the wrong parts.

• Please confirm the model of your electric bike before purchasing. The electric bike models shown in the details are the models currently on sale. If you cannot find the model you want, please contact our customer service email and purchase under their guidance to avoid purchasing errors. Due to different production batches and models, the item may differ from the description on this page. Please purchase according to the model on the page. The actual item received shall prevail.

• Before purchasing, please confirm your motor series. PLENTY series motors have the word PLENTY in white on the motor label. The TRUCK RUN motor has the words TRUCK RUN printed in black steel on the side of the motor. If you are unsure of your motor series, please contact our customer service email address and purchase under their guidance to avoid making a mistake.
