What is VIVI's return policy for workout equipment?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and sweatbands cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need your gear sooner for an upcoming event, we offer Express Shipping at checkout which delivers within 1-2 business days.
