Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your sports gear in its original container.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment's progress.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
